Register Your Club!

Register Your Club to receive discounted entries and participate in the team challenge.

• Clubs are eligible to receive 20% off Sagan Fondo Gran Roadie-Oh 2019 race registration for their members (any course)

• Each club gets a predetermined number of registrations discounts based on the number of members they have

• Discount expires November 1

• Club commits to promoting the event to their members (and friends) through email and social media 

• Club commits to providing at least 1 volunteer for the event (clubs may also request to activate an entire aid station for more involvement) 

100K and 150K Team Contest:

Club members can register as teams of 4 to 6 people and the 4th rider across the line is the team’s overall time. Best team time wins.

Awards:

Winning team for each distance gets a group photo on stage with Sagan and one signed commemorative winner's jersey.  If the winning team is from a participating Club, all club participants will get a group photo.

Fine print:

• All Club team contest participants must register with their provided club discount code

• Clubs can register more than one team and are only limited to the # of discounted registrations we give them (based on the # of members they have)

Team Registration Step-by-Step Instructions

In order to register a team, the initial registrant must sign up and pay for a minimum of 4 team members at the time of registration.

You can change rider information and add riders (up to 6 total) following initial registration (save the confirmation email to access this).

If you know who your team members include, first gather all of the team rider information BEFORE starting registration

1. From Registration page, select “Team Challenge” option.
2. Then select “Create a Team Challenge.”
3.  Enter official Team name (first person to initiate registration is the Captain).
4. Choose the route option by clicking the “+” sign and add the number of people that will be on your team (min 4 – max 6).
5. When ready, click the “Register Now” button.
6.  Enter in each rider’s information and accept the General Policy and Waiver terms on their behalf (you may copy your own information into additional spots as placeholders and change later).
7. Once finished, at the bottom you can add your Club specific discount code. Be sure to click “Apply.”
8. Next, refer to the “Checkout” section below to add credit card information and click “Submit Order” when ready.
